WE ARE MOVING….

APRIL meeting will be held at

KEEP THE DATES:

March 8 - Capts. Cayle Wills & Fishin’ Frank -  will talk about Transitional Spring Fishing Tactics in Charlotte Harbor.

March 24 - Don Pedro Picnic & Fishing Day -  As usual, the Club will provide hamburgers, hot dogs, buns and condiments - please bring a dish to share plus your beverages. More details at the March meeting and on the website Reservations are a must - sign-up sheet at March meeting This will also be a Fishing Day with the targeted fish - Whiting! The Club will ferry members without boats from the Don Pedro parking lot on Placida Road over to the beach from 9:15 - 10:00 and back again from 1:30 - 2:15pm - there is a parking fee but the Club has paid the “beach“ fee. Please note there are a limited number of boat slips at Don Pedro and if you need to anchor out we will ferry you in.

April 12 - Capt. Ken Taylor of Beach Snooker Charters -  will talk on Spring Fishing from Beach and Pier.

April 21 - Big Brothers/Big Sisters Fishing Event . Please mark your calendars as we need lots of volunteers for this event. A sign-up sheet will be circulated at the April meeting.

 Congratulations to Bill Crooks for catching the largest Trout at the March Fishing Day.

YES, WE HAVE T-SHIRTS & HATS! White, sand, grey and light blue shirts with colorful redfish, snook and tarpon on the back - $13 ($14 for XXL). Hats are $11.

ENGLEWOOD HELPING HAND- Please think of your neighbors in need. Every can or item you bring to a meeting is welcome.
